Janhvi Kapoor Ends 2025 On A Positive Note

Janhvi Kapoor had a busy and a great year in 2025. Professionally she ended the year on a positive note with multiple film releases and appreciation for her performances.

Although her three Hindi films Param Sundari, Homebound and Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari did not perform well at the box office Janhvi continued to receive praise and awards for her work.

She played the female lead in director Neeraj Ghaywan’s film Homebound which has been shortlisted for the Best International Feature Film category at the Oscars.

If the film makes it to the final list of nominees it could increase her international recognition. Janhvi also won an award at the NDTV Indian of the Year 2025 event. Shikhar Pahariya congratulated her on social media saying he was proud of her.

Next Janhvi will be seen in film Peddi which is a sports action drama where she stars opposite Ram Charan. The film is set to release on March 27, 2026.
