Today is a special day for Tollywood actor and producer Manchu Vishnu, as his dream project Kannappa has finally released in theatres worldwide.
This mythological film which took years to make, has opened to a positive response from early shows and overseas premieres.
Soon after the film’s release, Vishnu shared an emotional message on Twitter. He wrote, “I’ve waited for this moment my whole life. I’m filled with gratitude hearing all the love from early morning shows in India and premieres abroad”.
He added, “Kannappa is no longer just my film. It’s yours now,” showing how much the project means to him. Vishnu also shared a powerful poster where he is seen offering his eyes to Lord Shiva, a key moment in the film.
Kannappa features big stars like Prabhas, Mohanlal, Kajal Aggarwal and Mohan Babu. Directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh.
