Is Sundeep Kishan confident or over confident?

Sundeep Kishan from the last 4 years, after Prasthanam and Venkatadri Express has been struggling to find a success that keeps in the run at the box office. Even though he does have name for being the exciting talent among the new generation, he is not getting his subjects right. His movies like Run, Tiger, Okka Ammayi Tappa have gone on to prove costly mistakes by the actor.

He is currently, doing three Tamil movies that will be released as bilinguals in Telugu as well. Also his Krishna Vamsi directorial, Nakshtram has been production since long time. One of his Tamil films, Maanagaram is releasing this week as Nagaram in Telugu, simultaneously with Tamil. The film had a premiere for Tamil critics three days before release and a premiere for Telugu media has also been scheduled.

As Tamil critics are known to be giving out good verdicts to any film releasing in Tamil, the positive response on the movie from premiere doesn’t mark for much. Should we call it confidence in their film or over confidence? The movie is directed by Lokesh Kanakaraj and the actor will be seen sharing screen space with Regina Cassandra.
