Great Grand Masti actress Urvashi Rautela was in Hyderabad and while giving an interview to an English Daily, she told us what she thinks about T’Town. Talking about her stint with a charity event in the city and her first brush with Tollywood sitaras, she said, “I participated in the charity event organised to raise funds for the victims of Hudhud and got to interact with many Tollywood stars. I partied with the likes of Rana, Ram Charan, Lakshmi Manchu, Akhil and others at the recently concluded SIIMA in Singapore”. And even Megastar Chiranjeevi has clapped when this lady grooved!
“Well, DSP (Devi Sri Prasad) got me dancing to the song Daddy Mummy (which is a Hindi version of Chiru’s hit number Aakaleste Annam Pedta from Shankardada Zindabad). And that too in front of Chiranjeevi sir! It was a surreal moment… Megastar clapped as I danced,”. Urvashi expressed her desire to be seen in Tollywood movies one day and said,
“I was supposed to work with director Vijayendra Prasad for a film but somehow things didn’t work out.But I wish to act in a Tollywood film someday,“ she says signing off. I really admire the work of Pawan Kalyan and Mahesh Babu! Of course there are many others I’d like to work with but they are names I would want to be associated with for sure because I have immense respect for them and their love for the craft. I would like to act with Ram Charan and Rana Daggubati who I have had the chance to meet.”
