Hrithik Caught Between Praise And Politics

Hrithik Roshan has landed in controversy because of his comments on the new Bollywood blockbuster Dhurandhar. The movie starring Ranveer Singh and Akshaye Khanna is earning decent numbers with a good talk.

Hrithik congratulated the film team for making a strong film he also said he did not completely agree with its political viewpoint.

In a post he praised Aditya Dhar’s direction and the actors performances but mentioned that the film politics did not fully match his views.

This upset BJP supporters and right-wing groups who trolled him online. They accused him of being hypocritical, saying he showed Pakistan negatively in his own spy films but had a problem when another film highlighted Pakistan’s terrorism.

After the backlash, Hrithik said again on Twitter, praising Dhurandhar saying the film had stayed with him. It looks like he is trying to avoid further controversy and focus on the film success.
