Many Telugu cinemas made with a low budget have collected huge money in the past and the trend is still continuing to date. Now, we bring you the list of the top 10 movies made with a low budget and generated good revenues at the box office.

1. Chitram

Cinematographer Teja turned director with the 2000 released film, Chitram. Touted as a romantic comedy-drama, the film was made with a tight budget and went on to collect huge revenues at the box office. The film stars Uday Kiran and Reema Sen as the lead pair. Songs composed by RP Patnaik were well received by the youth audience.

2. Anand

Released in 2004, Anand, a romantic love drama was made with a minimum budget and collected good revenue at the ticket windows. Written and directed by Sekhar Kammula, the film has Raja and Kamalinee Mukherjee as the lead pair. KM Radha Krishnan’s music is a huge plus for the movie.
