GV Prakash’s Bond With Karunas Behind Big Decision

GV Prakash Kumar recently shared why he composed music for the film Youth without taking any salary.

He spoke about this during promotions for his latest film Happy Raj, which stars him along with Sri Gouri Priya and is directed by Maria Raja Ilanchezhiyan.

When asked about Youth, GV Prakash said he did it out of friendship and respect for actor-director Ken Karunas.

He mentioned that Karunas had acted in his film Darling and they share a good bond. He also praised Karunas and his wife Grace, saying he worked on the film because of his affection for them.

GV Prakash also revealed that the team struggled to sell the film’s audio rights. Since the lead actor was new, companies offered very low prices. So, he started his own label and released the songs, which later became successful.
