Punjabi singer, actor Guru Randhawa recently shared a social media post that worried his fans. In the photo, he was seen lying on a hospital bed with multiple bandages a head injury and a cervical collar.
Reports revealed that Guru was shooting an action scene for his film Shaunki Sardar when he got injured while performing his first stunt.
Sharing his experience, he wrote, “My first stunt, my first injury, but my spirit remains unbroken. A memory from the sets of Shaunki Sardar. Action is tough, but I’ll work hard for my audience”.
Fans and celebrities quickly sent him well wishes. Sonu Sood commented, “Get well soon, brother,” while Orry wrote, “Nooo, please get well soon, my brother”. Mrunal Thakur expressed shock, saying, “Whatttt”.
Many others including Anupam Kher, Gauahar Khan, Bharti Singh, Jacqueline Fernandez, Mika Singh, and Pulkit Samrat also wished him a speedy recovery.
Shaunki Sardar promises to be an emotional and action-packed film that highlights love, loyalty, and cultural pride. Directed by Dheeraj Rattan and produced under Guru’s banner 751 Films, the movie also stars Bigg Boss fame Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia. It is set to release on May 16th.
