Senior comedian Praveen, known for his comic roles, turns hero in the upcoming film Bakasura Restaurant. Viva Harsha plays the title role, while Krishna Bhagavan, Shining Phani, and KGF Garuda Ram appear in key roles.
Directed by debutant S. J. Shiva and produced by Lakshmayya Achari and Janardhan Achari under SJ Movies, the film is ready for release.
Described as a “hunger comedy entertainer”, its trailer was launched by director Maruthi. Praveen expressed gratitude, saying Maruthi’s Prema Katha Chitram played a key role in his career. Maruthi praised the catchy title and said he always wished to see Praveen as a hero.
The makers promise fresh content with solid performances. Shiva said the film offers something new for Telugu audiences.
Harsha added that it’s a clean, family-friendly film with horror elements that are in trend. The movie features a strong ensemble and promises good entertainment for all.
