The highly anticipated prequel to the Sandalwood hit Kantara, titled “Kantara: Chapter 1,” recently had a grand launch in Kundapura, Karnataka. Directed and written by Rishab Shetty, the film’s first look poster and an interesting teaser were unveiled during the ceremony.
The teaser delves into the legend set during the reign of the Kadambas, spanning between 345 CE and 500 CE. It sets the stage for an immersive storyline, teasing viewers with the mesmerizing score by Ajaneesh Loknath. Rishab Shetty’s robust portrayal, characterized by long hair, a beard, and wielding a trident and sword, captivates attention.
The teaser’s stunning visuals hint at an enthralling cinematic creation, showcasing blood-streaked bodies and glowing eyes. The film features pivotal performances by Saptami Gowda, Kishore, and other talented cast members.
Produced under the prestigious banner of Hombale Films, this high-budget action thriller is confirmed for release in seven Indian languages, with Ajaneesh Loknath leading the musical composition.
