First Balakrishna film to cross 1 million in USA

Nandamuri Balakrishna has been around in Telugu Cinema for the past 41 years since his debut in Thatamma Kala and he is known as the best among the Nandamuri heroes who tried to continue the great legacy of Nandamuri Taraka Ramarao. He is regarded as the box office bonanza as his movies collected big amounts whenever they struck a chord with the audience. With movies like Samarasimha Reddy and Narasimha Naidu he became the biggest Telugu hero in Ceded area with huge fan following. That following never reduced with films like Allari Pidugu, Vijayendra Verma and many more flops.

The film registered 350K $ for the premieres and then on with each day crossing 100 and 150K$, the film by Sunday crossed the coveted million mark. With this Gautamiputra Satakarni entered into profit zone in USA and the distributors are celebrating this feet. They invited Nandamuri Balakrishna to join in their celebrations to cut the cake among the fans in a Thanksgiving meet over the next weekend. The distributors are also confident that the movie will go on to register 2M$ at the USA box office. As far as OS markets are concerned this is the biggest hit for Krish and Nandamuri Balakrishna.
