It is really bad news for Balakrishna as it has now been revealed that he might lose portions of his home and hospital. The actor had recently met chief minister KCR and sought building regularisation fee exemption amounting to nearly Rs 2 crore for Basava Tarakam Cancer Hospital in Jubilee Hills that he owns. Following that meeting, KCR had agreed to waive the fee recently. However, it has not been a month since this sop was given to Balayya, the Telangana CM has now asked GHMC officials to acquire some part of land belonging to Balakrishna’s house and cancer hospital in Jubilee Hills to build a multi-level flyover to ease traffic congestion in Jubilee Hills.
The GHMC officials have already visited his house and hospital and examined how much land needs to be acquired. Now talks are on about the demolition of the compound wall of Balakrishna’s house to acquire the land. But that is not all. Some of the constructions within the cancer hospital complex might demolish to pave way for new flyover. Balakrishna has not spoken about this but looks like the actor might be in trouble.
