Director Turned Actor: Abishan Jeevinth Steps Into Lead Role

Tamil cinema is seeing more directors turning actors, and the latest to join is Tourist Family director Abishan Jeevinth.

According to recent reports, Abishan is all set to make his debut as a lead actor in a film titled Corrected Machi.

Though there’s no official announcement yet the film is said to be in its early stages. It will reportedly be directed by Abishan’s associate, who also worked as a co-director on Tourist Family.

Young actress Anaswara Rajan is said to be playing the female lead. She is steadily gaining recognition in Tamil cinema.

Abishan now joins the list of directors entering acting. Details about Corrected Machi are still under wraps, and the film is expected to start soon.
