Director Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Hidden Casting Twist in ‘Leo’

Thalapathy Vijay and Lokesh Kanagaraj have joined forces once again in their latest cinematic venture, “Leo,” which is currently gracing theaters. In a recent interview, Lokesh Kanagaraj revealed an intriguing tidbit about the film’s genesis. He had initially conceived the story for “Leo” five years ago with a different actor in mind. However, the casting plans didn’t come to fruition at the time.

After working closely with Vijay in the blockbuster “Master,” Lokesh decided to reshape the project to harness Vijay’s exceptional acting prowess, making “Leo” a showcase for the star..The actor Lokesh had originally envisioned for the role remains a tantalizing mystery, known only to the director himself.
