In a recent interview, Lokesh Kanagaraj revealed an intriguing tidbit about the film’s genesis. He had initially conceived the story for “Leo” five years ago with a different actor in mind. However, the casting plans didn’t come to fruition at the time.
After working closely with Vijay in the blockbuster “Master,” Lokesh decided to reshape the project to harness Vijay’s exceptional acting prowess, making “Leo” a showcase for the star..The actor Lokesh had originally envisioned for the role remains a tantalizing mystery, known only to the director himself.
“Leo” boasts an impressive ensemble cast, including the legendary Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Iyal, Mansoor Ali Khan, Mysskin, Mandonna Sebastian, Priya Anand, and many others in significant roles.
