Dhanush Urges Filmmakers To Prioritize Feelings Over Effects

Directed by Sekhar Kammula, Kuberaa starring Dhanush, Rashmika and Nagarjuna was released on June 20th. The film received a strong response from audiences, and a success event was held recently in Hyderabad.

Speaking at the event Dhanush thanked God and fans for the support. He said that in a time when theatrical releases are uncertain, people wrongly assume only action-packed films can attract audiences.

He added that Kuberaa proves that emotional storytelling can also bring people to theaters. “There is nothing greater than human emotions”, he said, urging young filmmakers to focus on strong content.

Dhanush also praised the Tamil film Tourist Family for connecting with everyday people, saying that good stories matter more than big budgets or graphics.

He ended by sharing his parents advice and said he felt true success when he saw his producer smile. Fans appreciated his heartfelt words, calling Kuberaa a film filled with emotion and meaning.
