Things were not good for Dear Comrade from day one as there was a mixed reaction to the film. The first weekend saw some good collections but shockingly, the film has crashed since yesterday.
The makers took a decision of trimming the film by 13 minutes but even that has not saved the film from falling down at the box office. The makers sold the film at good prices and are safe now.
But it is the distributors are the ones who are bearing the brunt of these collections. Vijay Devarakonda promoted the film on the strong manner but the collections in other languages are even bad as the film has tanked down.
