Crazy Buzz: Anudeep puts Jathi Ratnalu’s sequel on hold; Plans a bilingual project?

Earlier this year released comic caper, Jathi Ratnalu went on to become a huge hit at the box office. Starring Naveen Polishetty, Rahul Ramakrishna, Priyadarshi and Faria Abdullah in the lead roles, the film was directed by Anudeep.

A couple of months back news also came out that Anudeep is busy preparing the script for the sequel to Jathi Ratnalu. Now, the latest buzz is that as of now Anudeep has kept Jathi Ratnalu’s sequel on hold and started preparing a subject for Kollywood star Sivakarthikeyan. Reportedly, the project is going to a Telugu-Tamil bilingual and marks the Telugu debut for the hero.

Inside reports also confirm that Sree Venkateshwara Cinemas LLP banner owned by Narayan Das Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao will be producing the project. However, an official announcement regarding the same is awaited.
