It is widely circulated news that popular entertainment platform Zee Group has acquired the entire theatrical and non-theatrical rights of Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan’s upcoming film, Radhe- Your Most Wanted Bhai. Even though the Zee management initially planned to release the film simultaneously in the theatres and on their digital platform on a Pay-per-View basis, considering the ongoing Covid hard times, they dropped the idea of theatrical release and restricted it to the digital release only.
Meanwhile, the latest reports coming in from Bollywood sources indicate that the Zee group has revised the deal and renegotiate to pay only Rs 190 crore for the entire film rights. Sources confirm that as there is no scope for the theatrical release of the film, the Zee management has come up with the above negotiation deal with the makers.
Being bankrolled by Salman Khan himself, Radhe has Disha Patani in the female lead role. This Prabhu Deva directorial has Tamil artists Bharat and Magha Akash in prominent roles.
