Ravi Mohan is currently working on multiple films like Genie, Karate Babu, and Parasakthi. He is also producing a film titled Bro Code under his own banner, Ravi Mohan Studios.
However, a film company named Bobby Touch Gold Universal filed a case against him in the Madras High Court, claiming he took Rs. 6 crore in advance for a Rs. 15 crore film deal but didn’t act in the film or return the money.
The court hearing was scheduled for July 23, 2025. In response, Ravi Mohan filed a countersuit asking for Rs. 9 crore, saying he suffered losses because the shooting didn’t begin despite his availability.
During the hearing, the judge advised Ravi Mohan to return the money to avoid negative publicity. Ravi’s team said they were willing, but the company didn’t agree.
The judge later appointed a mediator, dismissed the Rs. 9 crore claim, and asked Ravi to submit property documents worth Rs. 5.9 crore within four weeks.
