Can Mahesh Babu Break The May jinx?

Sources from the team of Brahmotsavam have revealed that the film is close to being wrapped up and the film is likely to release in May. This Srikanth Adala movie is expected to score big bucks at the box office, because the star cast is quite stellar. But there is a nagging worry that the fans have.

The last two times when Mahesh Babu’s films released in May, they bombed at the box office. In May 2003, Nijam sank without a trace after a major hit like Okkadu. Nani which also released in May suffered a similar fate. So the fans have their fingers crossed, hoping that the superstar will break his May jinx!

Released in December last year, Sudheer Babu’s hit crime comedy Bhale Manchi Roju launched a young and talented director to Tollywood in the form of Sriram Adittya. Sriram was praised by one and all for his quirkiness and creativity and he is now tipped to be directing Nani in his next film.
