The ticket prices for the movie ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ have sparked a lot of talk recently. Despite expectations of a hike due to its large budget and government ties, the Telangana government has granted special permissions. They’ve allowed ticket prices to go up by Rs 75 for single screens and Rs 100 for multiplexes throughout Telangana.
The movie, starring Amitabh Bachchan as Ashwattama, Prabhas as Bhairava, and Deepika Padukone in a leading role, is set to release from June 27th to July 4th. Vyjayanthi Movies, the production company, has also been permitted to host benefit shows. This move is seen as a significant advantage for the film’s team, who are now preparing for a grand release. Advance bookings are set to open soon following the official permissions.
Directed by Nag Ashwin, known for his work in science-fiction thrillers, ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ promises a visually stunning experience with music by Santosh Narayanan and cinematography by Djordje Stojilijkovic. Produced by Ashwini Dutt, the film’s anticipation is high among moviegoers across the region.
