Buzz: Pooja Hegde hikes her remuneration despite COVID-19 circumstances

COVID-19 has made everyone in the film industry re-assess about their remunerations and demands for doing a film. Few of the artists and directors came forward to slash their remunerations. However, some of them are still hiking according to their demand. Pooja Hegde is one of them. Pooja Hegde is one of the most sought after actresses in South India currently. She has been part of successful films of late.

It is said that now Pooja Hegde has raised her remuneration a bit despite the economic recession. Pooja Hegde’s previous films Maharshi, Gaddalakonda Ganesh are super hits. She is also the heroine in the blockbuster movie Ala Vaikuntapurramuloo. She has taken home 1.40 Crores as remuneration for this movie.

According to the latest speculations, the actress has increased her remuneration to Rs. 2 Crores. Producers have to shell out Rs. 2 Crores to rope her in their project. However, Pooja has been charging Rs. 1 Crores for Radhe Shyam as the project has been finalized much before Ala Vaikuntapurramuloo.
