She is also the heroine in the blockbuster movie Ala Vaikuntapurramuloo. She has taken home 1.40 Crores as remuneration for this movie.
According to the latest speculations, the actress has increased her remuneration to Rs. 2 Crores. Producers have to shell out Rs. 2 Crores to rope her in their project. However, Pooja has been charging Rs. 1 Crores for Radhe Shyam as the project has been finalized much before Ala Vaikuntapurramuloo.
