Vijay Deverakonda, in collaboration with star producer Dil Raju, ‘Family Star‘ movie is gearing up for the release of “Devara.” Originally slated for a Sankranthi release, the film faced a postponement. Recent reports suggest that the team is eyeing a release on March 28, with a backup plan involving the release of “Family Star” on April 5 if any delays occur, such as in VFX work.

Despite Devara’s team expressed confidence in the April 5 release, persistent rumours about a potential postponement persist. “Family Star” is anticipated to be a wholesome family entertainer, and April 5 seems strategically chosen, offering the advantage of multiple holidays in a two-week span.

This Family Star film, directed by Parashuram, stars Vijay Deverakonda and Mrunal Thakur in lead roles. Dil Raju, a prominent producer under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations, is backing the project, which boasts music by Gopi Sundar. As the anticipation builds, audiences are eager to witness whether “Devara” will indeed meet its speculated release date or if “Family Star” will step in on April 5.
