Megastar Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan’s much-awaited social drama, Acharya is all set for an April 29th release. Being directed by Koratala Siva, the film is carrying high expectations among the mega fans as the father-son duo Chiranjeevi and Charan are sharing screen space after almost 13 years.
Meanwhile, the latest we hear is that the re-recording work for the movie is happening at a tight schedule. Due to the same, there might be a delay in the delivery of print to the US premieres, say our sources. If the news turns into reality eventually, this comes as a major disappointment for mega fans and the overseas audience.
Adding fuel to the fire, main theatres across Georgia, North Carolina, Michigan, Minnesota and Massachusetts states in the US are yet to open bookings for Acharya. Also starring Pooja Hegde as the female lead opposite Charan, Acharya is expected to take a flying start at the domestic Telugu box office during the upcoming weekend.
