Amitabh Bachchan impressed everyone with Kalki 2898 AD. Now, fresh buzz in the industry says his son Abhishek Bachchan may soon make his Telugu debut also alongside Prabhas.
Reports suggest that Abhishek has been approached for an important role in Fauji directed by Hanu Raghavapudi.
Fauji makers felt Abhishek would suit a key character perfectly. They reportedly narrated the role and story to him, and he liked it.
Talks about the role and payment are still going on, and if all works out, Abhishek will sign the project soon.
So far, Abhishek has stayed focused on Hindi films but if he joins Fauji, it will give him a strong entry into Telugu cinema while also reaching a wider Hindi audience, as the film will release on a big scale. An official announcement is expected soon.
