Bollywood: Ajay Devgn’s Maidaan’s release postponed yet again

Bollywood star Ajay Devgn’s sports drama, Maidaan’s release was postponed several times earlier due to various reasons. After the Covid crisis, the makers have announced that the film will have its theatrical release on October 15, 2021.

But the latest news is that Maidaan’s release is pushed to 2022. Reportedly, the film will have a theatrical release on June 3, 2022. An official announcement regarding the same came out this afternoon from the production house.

Being directed by Amit Sharma, Maidaan is based on the life story of legendary Indian football coach Syed Abdul Rahim. Bollywood filmmaker Boney Kapoor is producing the movie under his Bay View Projects LLP banner. Priyamani is the female lead in this movie.
