Bobby Kolli Opens Up About Balayya’s Genuine Nature

Balakrishna and director Bobby Kolli delivered another blockbuster in Daaku Maharaaj. The team celebrated the movie’s success with a grand event in Anantapur.

Director Bobby shared his experience working with Balayya, praising his honest and straightforward nature. He recalled a moment when Balayya asked how he entered the film industry.

Bobby explained that he was a huge fan of Chiranjeevi, and Balayya encouraged him with genuine kindness and respect, which he still feels today. Bobby added that many see Balayya as a strict person, but he believes Balayya’s honesty reflects a pure heart.

He even compared Balayya to his own late father, saying, “If I had worked with Balayya Garu earlier, I might have understood my father better because he, too, was unfiltered”.

Bobby concluded by saying, “I didn’t know much about Balayya Garu before, but after getting to know his true self, I was able to make Daaku Maharaaj with full heart and dedication, perfect in every frame”.
