Big Plans In Motion For Mani Ratnam’s Next

Mani Ratnam is gearing up for his next film starring Vijay Sethupathi and Sai Pallavi. Even though both the actors have very much packed schedules the director has planned to complete the shoot in less than 50 days without fail.

Filming begins on July 5th with a 20 day schedule in Kolkata where the lead actors will shoot key scenes in a great way.

After a short break the team will move to Chennai in August for another 20 day schedule. Most of the film will be completed during these two schedules with only a few patchwork scenes left.

The makers are aiming for a release before the end of this year.

The film’s digital rights have been sold for Rs. 20 crore. Madras Talkies is producing the film with music composed by AR Rahman.
