Bhaje Vaayu Vegam Movie Review & Rating!

Hero Karthikeya has been struggling to score a hit and has pinned all his hopes on his new film, Bhaje Vaayu Vegam. The suspense thriller has hit the screens today and let’s review it.

Story: Venkat(Karthikeya) and his brother (Rahul Tyson) come to the city with big aims but get cheated badly. Upon this, their father(Tanikella Bharani) falls sick and the brothers need twenty lakhs to save him. Left with no choice, they rob the car of a mafia don(Ravi Shankar). Ever since they do this, the brothers encounter even bigger problems from a massive gang. How they come out of this mess and save their father is the basic story.

Performances: Karthikeya is very good in his role which is tailor made for him. The young hero is superb in the action blocks and director Prashanth has showcased him superbly. Rahul Tyson of Happy Days fame makes his comeback and he is very effective. The way he has been used in the narrative is cool. Heroine Iswarya Menon is also neat in her limited role. Ravi Shankar is solid in his negative role and he is one of the biggest assets.

Technical Aspects: Story-wise, there is nothing special in the film but the way it has decent thrills and twists make a lot of difference. The background score by Kapil Kumar is gripping and takes things to the next level. The camerawork and dialogues are fine. Editing is quite neat and the screenplay is the best part.

Analysis: Bhaje Vaayu Vegam is an action thriller that has a simple story in paper. How does it become exciting is the way director Prashanth Reddy has narrated it in a gripping manner.

After the initial slow start, the film takes of in a gripping note and never fails to entertain. The interval block and the manner in which things change hands with multiple thrills is the best part.

The second half of the film is even more better and does not bore you one bit. The screenplay is amazing and the director has made things in a way that it is easy in the audience.

The ending twist, heroine’s twist and the way the characters are on the move is the best part. With this film, Karthikeya scores a hit and makes a strong comeback. Apart from the slow start, the film does not disappoint.

Verdict: Overall, Bhaje Vaayu Vegam is a sensible thriller with a lot of twist and turns. Just ignore the slow start and routine story, you will enjoy the gripping ride..
