Nandamuri Balakrishna is one of the senior most and versatile actors in Tollywood, and enjoys a huge fanbase that is highly loyal to him. The most interesting thing about Balayya is that he enjoys a fanbase apart from his own with audiences turning up for his films.
Balakrishna is currently busy shooting for his upcoming film Akhanda, directed by Boyapati Srinu. Given that this is the third film for this director-actor duo, after the blockbuster hits of Simha and Legend, there are huge expectations on the film. These expectations only heightened after the teaser of Akhanda was released earlier this year. It is already known that Balakrishna will be seen as an Aghora in the film, and the dialogue he delivered in the Aghora getup, in the teaser, has further increased the expectations on the film.
Now, Balayya is sporting a salt and pepper look, which is trending on social media virally. There are speculations that this look is for Akhanda itself, as the climax of the film is currently being shot in Tamil Nadu. Recently, the pre-climax was shot in Hyderabad, at Anantha Padmanabha Swamy temple in Manikonda. The official release date of Akhanda is yet to be announced, but it is being speculated that the film will arrive for Dussehra this year.
