Balakrishna finally responds to AP tickets issue

Many celebrities have responded to the tickets issue in Andhra Pradesh, which has been haunting Tollywood for the past few months. Various celebrities even went to the AP government several times and spoke about the issue, in the hope that the issue would be resolved. However, this has not been the case so far, but things are said to be looking better after Megastar Chiranjeevi met with AP Chief Minster YS Jagan Mohan Reddy yesterday.

On the other hand, of the many celebrities that have not responded on the issue is Nandamuri Balakrishna. It came as a surprise that the actor didn’t comment on the matter, given that he’s also an active politician, functioning from the TDP, the primary rival and the opposition party for the YSRCP. Balakrishna has now responded on the issue, at the Thanks meet of Akhanda, which took place recently.

Balayya said that this is the time when the entire industry should come together and try to explain to the AP government the intensity of the issue, and the effects that it has on the industry. He added that it is important for the government to realise that it benefits a great deal from the entertainment industry as well.
