Kabir Khan is one of the popular directors of bollywood. He began as a director with films like “Kabul Express” and “New York”, which brought him fame but the movie “Ek Tha Tiger” set him on the path to stardom. This style of action film with Salman Khan advised the successful spy phenomenal.
Then, he directed “Bajrangi Bhaijaan” which turned on to be the highest grossing Indian film of 2015. His third film with the actor Salman was not successful which is known by the name of ‘Tubelight’. Kabir also made “Phantom” with Saif Ali Khan, that also did quite well at the box office.
He made a web series “The Forgotten Army” hosted on Prime Video and despite getting positive reactions, His latest film “83” which was recently released was about the Indian Cricket team lifting the world cup in the year 1983, starring Ranveer Singh as Kapil Dev. While extolled, however, it did not earn the required dough.
Now, Kabir is shooting another biopic “Chandu Champion” on Murlikant Petkar, first Paralympic gold medal holder of India. This movie has Karthik Aryan in the lead role. Kabir Khan is a popular director to many people, but he has not churned out a hit movie for a while now. will check whether “Chandu Champion” differs from the previous programs by the ability of the hero.
