Anushka’s Heartfelt Goodbye To Virat’s Test Journey

Anushka Sharma shared a heartfelt message on Insta after Virat Kohli announced his retirement from Test cricket.

She expressed her surprise saying she always thought he would end his international career in this format. Anushka praised Virat’s strong dedication and love for Test cricket, calling it his favourite version of the game.

She wrote that while people would talk about his records and achievements she would remember the unseen struggles and silent emotions he carried throughout his journey.

Anushka said watching Virat grow wiser and humbler with every series was a privilege. She ended her message by saying that though this wasn’t how she imagined his farewell she respects his decision to follow his heart.

“You’ve earned every bit of this goodbye,” she wrote, adding a personal and touching note to Virat’s memorable Test career.
