Anil Ravipudi to Make Bollywood Debut with Remake

Anil Ravipudi’s F2, known as “Fun and Frustration,” was a resounding success upon its release in 2019, tickling the audience’s funny bone and emerging as a sensational blockbuster at the box office. This rollicking comedy featured a stellar cast including Victory Venkatesh, Mega Prince Varun Tej, Tamannaah Bhatia, and Mehreen Pirzada in the lead roles.

In 2022, Ravipudi delighted fans with the sequel, F3. Now, the latest buzz in the film industry suggests that Anil Ravipudi is set to make his Bollywood debut with a Hindi remake of F2. Dil Raju, the producer of the original Telugu film, has reportedly greenlit the remake, believing that the universal appeal of F2’s subject will captivate the Bollywood audience.

There are whispers in Bollywood circles that an official announcement regarding the remake is imminent. Dil Raju’s plan for the Hindi adaptation involves casting two leading Bollywood actors from different generations, adding intrigue to the project.

This development strongly indicates that Anil Ravipudi’s next directorial venture, following “Bhagavanth Kesari,” will indeed be the F2 Hindi remake.
