Akhanda 2 Was Officially Announced Today

The much-awaited sequel to the hit film “Akhanda” has been officially announced as “Akhanda 2: Thaandavam”. This project will bring back the successful team of Balakrishna and director Boyapati Srinu.

The title was revealed just before the pooja ceremony, where Balakrishna’s elder daughter, Brahmani, gave the first clap, and his younger daughter switched on the camera, making the event special.

Filming is scheduled to start in December 2024, after Balakrishna finishes his work on NBK 109. Thaman will return as the music composer, with Pragya Jaiswal as the female lead.

The film is being produced by Raam Achanta and Gopichand Achanta under the 14 Reels Plus banner.
