Akhanda 2: Thandavam is in its final shooting stage and the team is currently filming a huge and grand dance number on a grand set in Hyderabad.
The song is being shot with nearly 600 dancers making it one of the biggest sequences in the film. Choreographer Bhanu Master who earlier created the superhit ‘Jai Balayya’ song in Akhanda, is once again handling the choreography. The track, composed by Thaman, is said to be a high-energy mass number.
Balakrishna is giving powerful dance moves and the makers are confident this song will be a highlight for fans. The first part, Akhanda was a blockbuster and the sequel is also planned for an early December release.
This action drama with devotional elements brings back Balakrishna in dual roles along with Pragya Jaiswal. New additions include Aadhi Pinisetty as the villain and Samyuktha in a key role.
Boyapati Srinu directs marking his fourth collaboration with Balakrishna.
