Ajith Kumar Honored With Padma Bhushan

Ajith Kumar was honored with the Padma Bhushan one of India’s highest civilian awards presented by President Droupadi Murmu at the Civil Investiture Ceremony held at Rashtrapati Bhavan.

This prestigious award recognizes excellence in various fields like art, literature, sports, medicine and more.

Ajith was awarded the Padma Bhushan in January 2025.

At the ceremony he was accompanied by his wife Shalini, daughter Anoushka and son Aadvik as they proudly watched him receive the award.

This year the Padma Bhushan was also given to other prominent figures like Balaaya Babu, Anant Nag, Shobana and Pankaj Udhas.
