A Sequel Has Been Confirmed For Suriya’s “Kanguva”

Suriya’s movie “Kanguva” will feature the star actor in dual roles and is set to release in theaters on October 10th. Directed by Siruthai Siva known for his commercial hits this big budget fantasy action drama is produced by Studio Green in collaboration with UV Creations.

In a recent interview K.E. Gnanavel Raja founder of Studio Green revealed that “Kanguva” is planned as a two part film.

He mentioned “We have completed the shooting for part 1 and have already written the story for part 2 and production will begin by the end of 2025 or early 2026 aiming for a release in January or Summer 2027”.

Gnanavel Raja expressed confidence in the sequel stating “If the first part is well received the second part will be even more exciting for the audience. We have something special planned at the end of the first part to set up the sequel”.

With Bollywood actress Disha Patani as the female lead and Bobby Deol playing the antagonist “Kanguva” boasts music by Devi Sri Prasad.
