Zoya Akhtar Confirms Robbery At Her Office

Filmmaker Zoya Akhtar recently reacted to the hard disk theft case linked to Tiger Baby Digital LLP, the production company she co-founded with Reema Kagti.

Reports say 66 hard disks containing important production data went missing from the office. Zoya confirmed that a robbery had taken place and said the matter is under police investigation at present.

She revealed that some arrests have already been made and called it an internal theft. However she also said the company safely has backup copies of all the missing data.

According to reports the stolen hard disks contained raw footage, edited scenes with backup files and unreleased content from films and OTT projects including Made In Heaven and Ghost Stories as of now.

Police are now investigating whether any of the data was leaked or sold illegally.
