Yesteryear heroine making her re-entry with Karthi’s film

Tamil star Karthi has joined forces with talented Kollywood director PS Mithran for a film. Title Sardar, the film’s shooting is progressing at a fast pace.

Meanwhile, the latest news is that yesteryear heroine Laila is making her re-entry into the films with Sardar. Laila is playing the hero’s sister role in the movie. Incidentally, Laila acted opposite Karthi’s brother Suriya as the female lead in films like Pithamagan ( Sivaputrudu in Telugu) before saying goodbye to the movie and now making her re-entry with Karthi’s Sardar.

Also starring Raashi Khanna as the female lead, Sardar has Rajisha Vijayan in a key role. While GV Prakash is composing soundtracks, Sardar will have a simultaneous release in Telugu with the same title sometime in 2022.
