Yash has spent nearly three years working on Toxic an action drama set around the drug mafia in Goa. The film is directed by Geethu Mohandas.
After several delays, the makers planned to release it on March 19th but the film was postponed at the last minute.
One reason is the ongoing tensions in Gulf countries, where Yash has a huge fan base and strong market.
A special screening was recently held for the team. Yash was not fully satisfied with the VFX work and asked the team to improve some shots.
A lot of post-production work and the background score are still pending. Even the first single Tabaahi received mixed feedback, so the team wants more time to complete the film and plan proper promotions.
