Yami Gautam Says Like Was Accidental

The internet recently created a controversy after people noticed that Yami Gautam liked an Instagram reel that questioned Kriti Sanon’s recent award win.

The reel compared Kriti’s film Tere Ishk Mein with Yami’s film Haq which led to debates on social media.

Yami later clarified the issue on X, saying the like was accidental. She explained that celebrities get tagged in many posts every day and she may have clicked it unknowingly.

Yami also said she does not have a PR team and does not use such tactics. She added that she focuses only on her work and does not depend on awards for validation as an actress.
