Yami Gautam Joins The World Of Kahaani

The Kahaani franchise is set to return with its third installment but this time with a new lead. According to few reports Yami Gautam has been cast as the main heroine while Sujoy Ghosh returns as the director.

Unlike the earlier films Kahaani 3 will not continue Vidya Balan‘s story. Instead it will feature a brand new mystery set in the same Kahaani universe.

The film is currently in pre-production and the team is working on the shooting schedule.

Yami’s character is said to have a strong and important role for sure. The Kahaani and Kahaani 2 were praised for their much gripping stories and unexpected twists without fail.

Fans are now excited to see the franchise return with a fresh storyline and new characters.
