Will Vijay’s loss be Chaitanya’s gain?

Akkineni Naga Chaitanya is currently awaiting the release of his upcoming film Love Story, which is directed by Sekhar Kammula, and which stars Sai Pallavi in the role of the leading lady. The film had good expectations on it since day one, and while everyone was very much awaiting the release of the film, the film got postponed several times, due to both the waves of the coronavirus pandemic.

Now, Love Story is finally scheduled to release on 24th September. On the other hand, Naga Chaitanya also wrapped up shooting for Vikram Kumar’s Thank You, and even collaborated with Aamir Khan for Laal Singh Chaddha, marking his Bollywood debut, in which he will be seen in an important role. According to the latest reports, Naga Chaitanya has okayed director Shiva Nirvana’s script, and the shooting of the film will begin shortly.

Shiva Nirvana previously narrated the script to Vijay Deverakonda, and while the film was very much said to be on until recently, it is being said that Vijay dropped out of the film, due to which Shiva approached Naga Chaitanya. It is now to be seen if this will turn out to be in Naga Chaitanya’s favour.
