Ayyapanum Koshyum, written and directed by Malayalam director, Sachy, who died to Covid-19 unfortunately, has become a hot property in Telugu Cinema with regards to casting rumours and director rumours. Sithara Entertainments have already announced that they posses the remake rights of the film and they are trying to find ideal and available casting for the remake in Telugu. Many names have been said to be in consideration for the lead roles.
Rana Daggubati, Ravi Teja, Nandamuri Balakrishna and Victory Venkatesh were said to be in talks to star in the film. Now, the baton has been passed on to Powerstar Pawan Kalyan and the actor expressed interest in doing the film, if his friend Trivikram Srinivas, writes it. Well, the producers are friends of the director and he has been working on their next collaboration with Jr. NTR under Haarika & Hassine Creations. Sithara banner too belongs to same production house. Does Trivikram Srinivas has time and interest to write the remake? We did not hear anything about it.
Previously, Trivikram Srinivas wrote, Love Aaj Kal remake, Teenmar for director Jayanth C. Paranjee on Kalyan’s insistence. We will do the same for AK? Let’s wait and watch.
