It is known that Sai Dharam Tej has given a nod to director Maruthi for his next. The discussions about this project have been happening since three months and even more till now. It is said that Tej was impressed with the script and of course, an actor like him who is deprived of a hit, literally, would definitely want to work with a director like Maruthi keeping his track record in mind.
Good that Chitralahari is a hit and it has helped Tej is bagging some success after six back to back flops. Maruthi has made films like Prema Katha Chithram, Bhale Bhale Magadivoy and Mahanubhavudu and all of them have been crazy hits. But his recent film Sailaja Reddy Alludu is a debacle at the box office. It has collected good enough money, but failed to impress the audience.
So, will be both of them bag a hit now? Will Sai Tej, the name he has changed to will bring an effect on him? It is pretty much necessary for Tej maintain the loop of success. It would really look bad on his part if he doesn’t manage to go with the flow.
