The actor is promoting his movie Nene Raju Nene Mantri with Kajal and Catherine Teresa. The movie is a comeback of director Teja and he wishes to make it a big hit.

Now, the observation among the industry insiders and his fans is that Rana Daggubati is easily drawn to major events and he gives an helping hand to Chennai flood victims and he is mostly helpful to those in the need as well. If you see, he made his debut with the movie, Leader and then he made social aware movies like Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum and also, his Nene Raju Nene Mantri is all about politics. Will the actor ever enter politics? Does he want to make a great successful career in them?

Well, the actor answered to these questions to media in his own style. He said, “ Teja had a vision of showing politics and he doesn’t comment or deliver satire on anyone in this movie. It is more about a couple whose life changes with politics and I play a person who changes due to politics in his life. How much do I change and what will be my breaking point? You have to watch it on screen. The main thing is Teja wanted to tell this story and he is telling it with me as a lead. And that doesn’t mean I am interested in politics or will I ever enter them!”
