Will Pushpa have two versions in Tamil?

Vijay Sethupathi has become the most sought after actor in Indian Cinema as his meteoric rise in Tamil Cinema and his script choices are being noticed by people all over. He was praised by Megastar Chiranjeevi, Superstar Rajnikanth, Bollywood Baadshah Shah Rukh Khan as well for his skills. He decided work in a negative role opposite Rajnikanth and he is doing the same thing in Vijay’s next film, Master too. But he doesn’t want to repeat playing a negative role in Pushpa, opposite Allu Arjun in Tamil, it seems. The actor is currently in talks with director Sukumar for the antagonist role.

Sethupathi acted in Sukumar and Mythri Movie Makers production, Uppena as an antagonist and he likes the script of Pushpa, also it seems. But the actor doesn’t want to play antagonist in the Tamil version, it seems. As playing an antagonist in a Telugu star’s movie that too who is looking to build a market could be a hindrance for his other films marketability, the actor is ready to play the role in other languages but not in Tamil version, it seems. Sukumar doesn’t want to replace him in Telugu but wants to take Bobby Simha for the Tamil version, it seems. The movie will be shot differently in Telugu and Tamil, and in Hindi, Malayalam languages, dubbed versions will be released it seems. Official confirmation on these details, is still awaited.
